What you'll do

Define and own end-to-end integration strategy for quantum materials and devices.
Lead coordination between materials, fabrication, measurement, and device design teams.
Oversee large-scale experimental campaigns to optimize qubit performance.
Drive development of process tracking infrastructure and AI enablement tools.
Ensure alignment between process modules and device/system requirements.
Communicate program progress, risks, and tradeoffs to leadership effectively.

What we're looking for

Doctorate in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of experience.
Deep expertise in quantum materials development and mesoscopic device fabrication.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional technical programs.
Experience with process integration across complex semiconductor or quantum device stacks.
Demonstrated skill in translating experimental data into engineering decisions for qubit performance improvement.
Familiarity with yield engineering, variability reduction, and scaling challenges in advanced semiconductor environments.
