What you'll do

• Define product vision and strategy for autonomous selling scenarios and AI agents.
• Lead discovery and research for future-facing product opportunities in seller workflow automation.
• Translate ambiguous opportunities into clear product requirements and success metrics.
• Drive experiments from concept to review, evaluating hypotheses and technical feasibility.
• Build a path for validated concepts to transition into the broader product roadmap.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience defining product strategy, requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics for technical products.
• Proven track record of incubating new product capabilities from concept through prototype validation and scaled adoption.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills with engineering, design, data science, research, business, and field stakeholders.
• Expertise in using customer feedback, telemetry, experimentation, and market insights to evaluate and prioritize product opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, making clear recommendations based on evidence and judgment.
• Experience with AI-based products, including LLMs, prompt/evaluation workflows, human-in-the-loop systems, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating concise narratives, executive updates, and decision documents.
