  • Review process changes for impact on service execution and communicate relevant information.

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
  • 1 year of experience directing, supervising, or managing others.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components required.
  • Experience working in a production, mission-critical 24x7 data center environment preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+ are beneficial.
  • Ability to lead and train technical teams on procedures and quality checks.
  • Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure compliance with all safety procedures.
