  • Experience in HR technology and employee experience platforms serving global populations.
  • Proven success driving organizational-level metrics like adoption, satisfaction, efficiency.
  • Ability to define strategy, prioritize investments, and deliver measurable business outcomes using data.
  • Experience managing and developing Product Managers with performance management expertise.
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI principles in delivering AI-powered products.
