What you'll do

• Modernize work management tools by integrating advanced AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Design and implement extensible, maintainable code for product features under technical guidance.
• Assist in breaking down work items into tasks and providing accurate estimations with stakeholder input.
• Participate in on-call rotations to address and resolve issues impacting live service performance or functionality.
• Develop automation scripts for production deployment and test code in non-production environments.
• Contribute to the architecture of product features by testing design hypotheses and refining technical solutions.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in modernizing work management with AI technologies.
• Proficient in developing and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks.
• Strong background in software engineering, including code creation, testing, and validation.
• Ability to review and break down work items into manageable tasks for estimation and delivery.
• Experience in live service operations and troubleshooting performance or functionality issues.
• Knowledge of automation within production and deployment environments for product features.
