What you'll do

  • Own complex cross-functional programs end-to-end, driving accountability and managing risks.
  • Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable plans tailored to product portfolios and industry expectations.
  • Design scalable processes that support delivery across teams, products, and geographies.
  • Synthesize program health and insights for senior leadership to enable informed decision-making.
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure impact and guide prioritization.
  • Lead end-to-end orchestration of multiple complex product releases, ensuring adherence to release fundamentals.
  • Partner with legal and security leaders to define compliance strategy across regulatory domains.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 6+ years of experience in release management or delivery orchestration for multiple parallel releases
  • 6+ years working with regulatory or compliance programs in software development environments
  • IAPP certifications (CIPP, CIPM, CIPT) or JD with coursework/experience in privacy law
  • Hands-on experience building tools using AI coding agents like GitHub Copilot
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a software developer or in a deeply technical role
