Microbiology Quality Engineer III

What you'll do

• Identify and implement appropriate microbiological controls in projects.
• Design validation protocols for Microbiology Laboratory methods and critical systems.
• Conduct periodic reviews of Microbiology procedures and ensure changes are implemented.
• Perform root cause investigations for events related to Microbiology validations or Critical Systems.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and legal EHS requirements through internal policies and training.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Industrial Chemical, or Chemical Engineering
• 6+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Engineering
• Strong knowledge of quality/compliance management and regulations affecting API, Bulk Drug, or Finished goods manufacturing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience in project management and writing clear regulatory documents and reports (preferred)
• Intermediate English proficiency at B2+ level
