What we're looking for
6+ years of experience managing technology projects in FinTech or Technology firms
2+ years of experience as a people manager
Expertise in Agile Development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools
Proficiency in cloud-based backend systems and micro-service architecture
Solid understanding of DevOps principles with hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience
Strong leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams effectively
Understanding of financial systems, trading concepts, and compliance requirements
