What you'll do

What we're looking for

- Experience managing multiple concurrent build projects across a metro or regional portfolio.
- Ability to manage general contractors, trade partners, and commissioning agents for large-scale programs.
- Familiarity with AHJ requirements, permitting processes, inspections, and regulatory dependencies.
- Experience delivering capacity at scale, including phased turnover aligned with business demand.
