What you'll do

• Build scalable data pipelines for telemetry ingestion, anomaly detection, and cohort segmentation.
• Implement ML-driven insights and integrate them into dashboards and APIs.
• Develop secure workflows for handling production logs and conversation data.
• Enable drill-down capabilities linking metrics to qualitative evidence for actionable context.
• Prototype and productionize ML models for anomaly detection and predictive insights.

What we're looking for

• Extensive hands-on experience in building scalable data pipelines for telemetry ingestion, anomaly detection, and cohort segmentation.
• Expertise in implementing ML-driven insights and integrating them into dashboards and APIs.
• Strong background in developing secure and compliant workflows for handling production logs and conversation data.
• Experience in prototyping and productionizing ML models for anomaly detection and predictive insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and security specialists on technical strategy and roadmap definition.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with observability tools (metrics, tracing, logs) and model evaluation frameworks.
