Ideal candidates have extensive experience in data engineering and analytics platforms, particularly in a startup environment, and can lead robust system implementations while ensuring data quality and governance.

What you'll do

  • Design and build scalable data pipelines for ingesting telemetry into the Data Warehouse.
  • Define and standardize core metrics for utilization, capacity, readiness, and efficiency.
  • Architect self-service dashboards and APIs for visibility at various levels.
  • Lead technical decisions on data architecture and engineering to shape executive discussions.
  • Identify and drive fixes for data gaps and instrumentation issues in upstream systems.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of technical engineering experience in data engineering, analytics, or data science.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field.
  • 6+ years of experience with distributed data processing frameworks and large-scale data systems.
  • Experience as a technical lead for infrastructure analytics across compute, storage, and networking.
  • Ability to design and build scalable data pipelines and maintain self-service dashboards.
