What you'll do

  • Build and enhance data pipelines and evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
  • Identify and address quality degradation issues by developing necessary tooling and systems.
  • Design and manage a continuous feedback loop for model and system improvements.
  • Develop and scale retrieval (RAG) pipelines to improve response quality in production.
  • Write and maintain production code in Python and TypeScript, ensuring rapid iteration cycles.
  • Translate research insights into practical enhancements for AI products and services.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience building and releasing production software at the platform level.
  • Master's degree in computer science or related technical discipline required.
  • Hands-on experience building, deploying, or improving AI/ML systems in production.
  • Strong coding skills with proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Golang, Java/C#, Scala, Rust.
  • Experience with model pretraining, post training, evaluation, and inference.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
