Marketing Operations Manager (Strategic Developer Relations & AI Ops)

What you'll do

• Manage intake and scheduling for global in-person and virtual program events.
• Develop and manage global travel strategy for staffing Builder Relations resources.
• Own documentation, coordination, and logistics for program deliveries from planning to post-event reporting.
• Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and design clear workflows for cross-functional teams.
• Support team in analyzing program data to replicate successful tactics and propose new experiments.
• Coordinate with AI Engineering team on technical improvements for the Marketing Agentic bot.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Program Management, or a related operational role.
• Proven ability to navigate and succeed in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with complex dependencies.
• Strong systems-thinking skills for defining multi-stakeholder workflows into efficient processes.
• Experience managing global logistics and programs across multiple regions (AMER, EMEA, LATAM, APAC).
• Excellent communication skills for leading cross-departmental meetings and providing data-backed updates to leadership.
• Ability to manage high-volume request queues and multiple project timelines simultaneously.
• Practical understanding of AI tools to enhance operational efficiency (preferred).
