  • Define adoption roadmaps and success metrics in collaboration with partner teams.
  • Advocate for software readiness improvements that reduce friction for adopting Arm.

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience in strategic business development within cloud, enterprise software, semiconductor, AI/ML, infrastructure, or technology industries.
  • Strong understanding of cloud adoption, software development environments, and factors influencing customer and partner technology adoption.
  • Demonstrated success building senior partner relationships and driving adoption outcomes through cross-functional alignment.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business value propositions for partners and customers.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across technical and business organizations in ambiguous environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, containers, Kubernetes, virtualization, and enterprise software ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML workloads, cloud infrastructure, hyperscale environments, and data center architectures.
