Ensure compliance with cyber security standards for Marine and Technical Machinery Control Systems.
Implement risk-based approaches to assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks in marine systems.
Oversee software change management procedures for critical control systems on the fleet.
Coordinate audits and assessments of Marine and Technical machinery control systems by regulatory bodies.
Maintain and update Cyber Asset registers and Risk Registers for the company’s fleet.
Provide support for remote connections and interfaces to ensure compliance with security policies.
Propose and assist in cybersecurity training programs for MTO Ship and Shore Personnel.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years experience in cybersecurity for industrial control systems or critical infrastructure.
Knowledge of risk-based approaches like Risk Assessment, HAZID, HAZOP, and FMEA applied to marine systems.
Ability to implement cybersecurity frameworks for identifying, protecting, detecting, responding to, and recovering from incidents.
Experience monitoring systems, conducting audits, and overseeing vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance with standards.
Manage software change procedures, including updates, configuration changes, and testing for control systems.
Coordinate with vendors and external teams to maintain security policies during installation of remote connections.
Understanding of marine cybersecurity regulations and standards such as IMO Guidelines, DNV & LR Classification Rules.
