What you'll do

What we're looking for

5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing and assembly.
Proven expertise in mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and process improvement.
Strong skills in blueprint reading and technical documentation creation.
Experience with precision machining and hands-on maintenance tasks.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies (5S, TPM) preferred.
U.S. citizenship or eligible work authorization required.
