What we're looking for

  • 5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing and assembly.
  • Proven expertise in mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and process improvement.
  • Strong skills in blueprint reading and technical documentation creation.
  • Experience with precision machining and hands-on maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies (5S, TPM) preferred.
  • U.S. citizenship or eligible work authorization required.
