What you'll do

Drive improvement in product design and manufacturing processes to enhance reliability.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators for quality across all stages of production.
Implement data-driven approaches to evaluate, prioritize, and track product quality issues.
Lead investigations into quality escapes or defects to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Support the execution of Material Review Board (MRB) activities and supplier inspection programs.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality within aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical device fields.
Expertise in ISO 9001 and AS9100 regulated environments with hands-on experience using mechanical/electrical metrology tools.
Proven ability to drive Quality Management System compliance and develop key performance indicators for product quality.
Strong project management skills to lead investigations, initiatives, and projects from start to finish.
Experience in evaluating, selecting, qualifying, and performing supplier assessments.
