  • Strong understanding of modern engineering practices, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to build consensus and manage ambiguity in rapidly evolving environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
