What you'll do

Lead and develop the Buyer Cloud Tier-2 Engineering team through technical leadership and coaching.
Ensure end-to-end operational support for the Buyer Cloud platform, focusing on reliability and customer satisfaction.
Investigate complex production issues with Engineering teams to drive root cause analysis and remediation planning.
Provide hands-on technical leadership during major incidents, coordinating cross-functional teams for resolution.
Drive continuous improvements in incident management, monitoring, automation, and engineering support processes.
Lead complex customer escalations and technical investigations across Buyer Cloud services.

What we're looking for

5+ years of relevant work experience in software engineering or a related field.
Strong coding skills in Go (Golang), Python, and/or Java.
Experience with AWS or OCI cloud services including EC2, S3, IAM, and Lambda.
Proficiency in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and large-scale production environments.
Hands-on experience with automation tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and operational improvements.
Strong leadership skills for coaching, mentoring, and developing engineering teams.
