  • Design and maintain data architecture for recruiting, ensuring data quality and governance across systems.
  • Build advanced reporting infrastructure to provide trend analysis, predictive models, and actionable insights for leadership.

What we're looking for

  • 7-10 years of experience in recruiting systems, HR technology, or people analytics.
  • Proven track record leading system implementations and migrations at significant scale.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise ATS administration with multi-system integration experience.
  • Strong technical background in data modeling or analytics engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain technically strong analysts.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical issues into clear narratives.
  • Familiarity with HR Tech implementation, solutions architecture, or people data strategy.
