What you'll do

  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial compliance.
  • Oversee program cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure all contractual technical requirements are met for projects.
  • Develop and manage complex schedules for major programs.
  • Apply business and financial concepts to enhance program performance.
  • Lead proposal development efforts for new projects or contracts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and quality assurance teams regularly.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's in STEM plus 9 years of project/program management, engineering leadership, or business management experience
  • Master's in STEM plus 7 years of relevant professional/military experience
  • Active US Government Secret clearance with recent background investigation
  • Experience with Earned Value Management and complex scheduling
  • Ability to apply financial concepts to program performance and decision-making
