  • Manage engineering standards and implementation approaches for Informatica, IBM, and Azure suites.
  • Lead the strategic evolution from batch-oriented to API-led and event-driven integration architectures.
  • Provide mentorship and hands-on guidance to develop technical competencies within the integration team.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in systems integration engineering with 3+ years managing teams of 10+ FTE developers.
  • Proficient in enterprise integration tools: Informatica Power Center, IBM Sterling/Broker, Azure APIM/ADF, Hadoop, Databricks.
  • Expertise in transitioning from batch-processing to Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) without disrupting business operations.
  • Strong operational management skills with 5+ years managing high-volume production systems and supply chain data requirements.
  • Practical understanding of AI/ML applications in integration engineering, including AIOps tools for monitoring and anomaly detection.
