The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in supply chain or MRO planning within a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams such as Field Service, Maintenance, Operations, and Procurement. Experience in aerospace & defense or technical industries is preferred, along with a secret security clearance.

What you'll do

  • Oversee Field Service & MRO inventory planning and strategy for multiple asset lines.
  • Develop comprehensive critical spares lists for hazard zone deployments.
  • Design effective inventory control strategies to minimize stockouts and optimize costs.
  • Monitor part usage, analyze failure rates, and collaborate with Reliability Engineering.
  • Proactively identify at-risk materials and troubleshoot supply chain disruptions.
  • Foster strong cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless material flow.
  • Ensure Field Service & MRO planning aligns with O&S contract requirements.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain planning or MRO planning.
  • Proven ability to solve complex operational challenges creatively and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach and effective management of multiple priorities.
  • Experience in fast-paced manufacturing, aerospace & defense, or technical environments.
  • Previous experience specifically in MRO planning for complex electro-mechanical systems.
