As a senior leader in Netflix’s Title & Launch Management Data Science and Engineering team, you will oversee a multidisciplinary group of analytics engineers, data scientists, and machine learning experts tasked with building automated systems for content launch and discovery. Your daily responsibilities include guiding your team to design, deploy, and evaluate autonomous AI solutions that enhance Netflix’s title launch strategy, while also collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to automate large-scale content ingestion processes. You will leverage advanced technical skills in agentic systems and applied machine learning to identify new problem spaces and make strategic decisions, all while fostering a culture of rigorous engineering and scientific excellence. This role requires deep expertise in ML and autonomous systems, as well as experience leading data-focused teams and mentoring talent across multiple levels. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other relevant tools is essential, along with a strong understanding of Netflix’s content offerings and the ability to drive significant business impact through innovative solutions.

What we're looking for
Proven track record leading data and ML-focused teams with rigorous measurement.
Deep expertise in autonomous agentic systems and applied machine learning.
Experience mentoring and developing talent across multiple levels.
Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field.
6+ years of hands-on ML experience (or 4+ years with a relevant PhD).
Strong communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
Commitment to driving end-to-end business impact beyond model building.
