What you'll do
Manage a high-performing team of Database Engineers, Data Insight Analysts, and Data Scientists.
Lead technical analytics and data strategy for Mission Assurance functions.
Develop key analytics frameworks to turn data into business insights and predictive outcomes.
Serve as the technical leader for all data tools within Mission Assurance.
Identify opportunities for leveraging analytics solutions and applying data analytics.
Upgrade and maintain data infrastructure to support mission assurance objectives.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field with 9 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 7 years
Experience with data analytics tools and techniques, including SQL, R, Python
Proven people management skills leading high-performing technical teams
Active DOD Secret clearance with ability to obtain SAP
Demonstrated ability to transform business requirements into analytical solutions
Understanding of mission assurance practices and process improvement methodologies
Excellent communication skills for varied audiences on complex analytical topics
