What we're looking for

Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant technical experience or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant technical experience required.
Experience with Windows domains including Active Directory, GPOs, policies, and permissions.
Experience in documentation and configuration management for compliance and security controls.
Current DOD Top Secret/SCI level security clearance with a recent Polygraph (within the last 5 years).
Proven leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills for managing technical teams.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach team members effectively.
