As the Change Management Lead within our Finance Program Management Office (PMO), you will architect and champion change management frameworks that drive successful adoption of transformation initiatives across our finance organization. Your daily responsibilities include defining methodologies, developing training programs, and leading GenAI adoption efforts to ensure seamless integration of new technologies. You will work closely with program managers, business stakeholders, and leadership to translate complex changes into actionable plans, fostering a culture where change is embraced as a core competency. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in designing change management frameworks, executing technology adoption initiatives, and delivering training programs. Proficiency in tools like Smartsheet and Jira, along with expertise in finance processes such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, are highly valued. What you'll do
Define and own the Finance PMO change management methodology, establishing scalable frameworks and standards.
Develop and maintain a library of reusable change management artifacts for stakeholder analysis and impact assessment.
Lead GenAI adoption initiatives across FinOps, designing pathways for new AI capabilities and embedding them sustainably.
Provide holistic change management strategies across the Finance PMO project portfolio to ensure consistent quality and impact.
Build executive-ready communications and leadership roadmaps to equip sponsors and leaders to champion change effectively.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in change management with at least 3 years leading large-scale programs in Finance or technology.
Proven ability to design and implement custom change management frameworks and toolkits from scratch.
Demonstrated success in leading technology adoption initiatives, including AI and enterprise systems.
Expertise in developing multi-channel communication plans for global audiences and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Experience managing change at a portfolio level, balancing multiple concurrent programs and identifying saturation risks.
Strong facilitation skills with experience designing and delivering training programs and train-the-trainer models.
