What we're looking for

Proven experience leading and developing technical teams in Data Science, Engineering, or Machine Learning environments.
Ability to partner with business leaders to prioritize initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes through analytics and AI.
Hands-on expertise with Python, SQL, Snowflake, AWS Cloud Technologies, and DevOps principles.
Strong communication skills for presenting complex analytical concepts to senior leadership.
Experience building and scaling machine learning solutions in enterprise environments.
