We are seeking an accomplished engineering manager to lead software engineer teams responsible for building agentic, secure, and scalable development and test infrastructure for both open-source and inner-source software at NVIDIA. This role involves growing and developing a world-class, geographically distributed team while planning and executing projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in engineering management, with expertise in distributed systems architecture, operating systems principles, and DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Ansible, and Terraform. They must be adept at defining product roadmaps, identifying process improvements, and ensuring efficiency, reliability, security, performance, and compliance across the infrastructure. This position requires a strong track record in technical management and experience with agentic AI frameworks, as well as the ability to work effectively across organizations and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
