What you'll do
Oversees the design and delivery of an internal benchmark suite for LLMs in hardware design.
Designs and delivers Agentic AI solutions for hardware design processes.
Identifies impactful technical ideas and research directions for Generative AI applications.
Manages project team capabilities to ensure deadlines are met across ambiguous situations.
Engages with cross-functional teams to identify technical gaps and opportunities.
Defines and updates technical project goals and roadmaps continuously.
Guides the team’s innovation from concept development to execution.
What we're looking for
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of industry experience in Machine Learning/GenAI and MLOps.
Deep knowledge of foundational model architectures and experience in foundation model development.
Hands-on expertise in Agentic AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects while meeting quality expectations.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
