Linux Production Support Analyst

What you'll do

• Maintain and certify Citi's Security Infrastructure to adhere to MISP requirements.
• Troubleshoot and remediate issues in production environments daily.
• Use Splunk for querying security logs and data logs.
• Script in Bash/Shell to support automation of operational tasks.
• Resolve vulnerabilities and issues detected across applications and infrastructure.
• Analyze source code to identify and mitigate weaknesses within the system.
• Implement opportunities to automate and standardize information security controls.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Linux systems in production.
• 3+ years of IT Security Production Support within Security Infrastructure or Application support.
• Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting; advanced scripting skills preferred.
• Experience using Splunk for querying and researching security logs.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across multiple applications simultaneously.
• Good understanding of networking protocols, security strategies, and application management.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate issues clearly to management.
