Fluency in large language models, retrieval patterns, tool use, and agentic workflows is essential, along with a governance mindset for risk management and confidentiality.

What you'll do

  • Embed with attorneys to understand workflows and identify Generative AI opportunities.
  • Design and prototype no-code solutions using LLM Suite for rapid deployment.
  • Apply prompt architecture patterns from the Component Library to build effective solutions.
  • Translate attorney problems into detailed Solution Specs with clear criteria.
  • Move solutions through governance processes for user acceptance testing and production.
  • Extend the Component Library and Solution Catalog to improve team efficiency over time.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree with at least three years of relevant experience in legal operations or technology roles.
  • Hands-on experience building Generative AI solutions on hosted LLM platforms like LLM Suite and ChatGPT.
  • Strong context engineering skills to decompose business problems into structured workflows.
  • Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and create working prototypes quickly.
  • Working understanding of the modern Generative AI stack, including large language models and retrieval patterns.
  • Governance mindset with experience in guardrails, confidentiality, and human-in-the-loop review processes.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical solutions to attorneys and senior leadership.
