What you'll do
- Coordinate release activities by tracking milestones, dependencies, approvals, communications, and open risks.
- Support monthly billing operations by preparing usage reporting, investigating variances, and coordinating stakeholder follow-ups.
- Prepare for governance meetings by creating materials, tracking decisions, maintaining action logs, and publishing status updates.
- Manage access troubleshooting, entitlement reviews, and user issue resolution with internal platform partners.
- Monitor and report on usage limits, spend controls, capacity needs, and subscription mapping to inform capacity planning.
- Assist with audit support and requests for information by coordinating fact-finding, documentation, and timely responses.
What we're looking for
- Minimum two years of experience in business management, operations, or technology governance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear updates and materials
- Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret usage metrics and investigate variances
- Experience coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders with action tracking
- Familiarity with large language models, machine learning, or generative AI concepts
