What you'll do

Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of procurement agreements including POs, SOWs, MSAs, NDAs.
Ensure strict compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations in all supply chain transactions.
Provide practical training to business partners on contracting processes and regulatory compliance.
Develop legal frameworks and SOPs to streamline reviews and support rapid business growth.
Collaborate closely with trade compliance team to ensure adherence to export controls and sanctions.
Maintain strong cross-functional relationships for cybersecurity, physical security, and sourcing requirements.

What we're looking for

Juris Doctor degree from a top-tier law school and 5+ years of transactional supply chain or procurement experience.
Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state with FAR/DFARS compliance expertise.
Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced legal work with precision and business acumen.
Superior negotiation, drafting, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience leveraging IT tools for workflow optimization and collaboration in a dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes.
