Lead Technical Program Manager, Chief of Staff

What you'll do

• Drive alignment of engineering teams' Book of Work to OKRs and track deliverables.
• Prepare leaders for internal processes by conducting due diligence and providing thematic feedback.
• Use AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive-ready updates.
• Create and maintain cadenced processes to ensure consistent execution of deliverables.
• Manage resources, track headcount and financials, and maintain organizational hygiene.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations and supporting materials for executive decisions.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in program/project management or technology roles
• Strong resource, change, portfolio, and risk management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders verbally and in writing
• Experience refining complex information into clear action plans
• Proficiency in data analysis and presentation using MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Commitment to ethical leadership and diversity
• Influencing and organizing people across various teams and departments
