What you'll do

Act as single point of contact for data domains, building relationships with stakeholders and engineering teams.
Elicit and document business requirements related to data definitions, access, transformations, and reporting needs.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.
Define and maintain data definitions, glossaries, metadata, ensuring consistent use across the organization.
Implement and monitor data quality rules, triaging issues with data owners and engineering.
Facilitate data governance forums to drive standards, policies, and issue resolution.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience as a data or business analyst
Extensive background in leading AI and data governance programs
Deep expertise in data governance frameworks and compliance standards
Proven track record partnering with engineering teams for governance implementation
Experience integrating export controls into data governance processes
Demonstrated ability to work with data quality and cleansing activities
Strong communication skills for presenting complex data topics
