  • Lead the design and delivery of complex Oracle database architectures, including active-active implementations using technologies such as SharePlex or equivalent replication frameworks
  • Design highly scalable data models that support high volume daily transactions, ensuring correctness, performance, and conflict avoidance
  • Create and optimize enterprise grade views and schemas to support downstream consumption with minimal latency and maximum reuse
  • Define data modeling standards and patterns for active- active Oracle environments, including key design strategies to prevent write conflicts
  • Lead the implementation of multi region active- active Oracle deployments, ensuring data consistency, availability, and fault tolerance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve replication conflicts, data divergence, and latency issues with a deep understanding of Oracle internals and replication behavior
  • Perform advanced performance tuning, capacity forecasting, and workload optimization for high throughput systems
