The role requires hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development on SAP BTP, proficiency in Python and ML frameworks, and a strong understanding of SAP ecosystems including S/4HANA and BTP integration patterns.

What you'll do

  • Design and deliver AI-powered solutions using SAP BTP to enhance decision-making and process efficiency.
  • Lead proof of concept initiatives to validate the feasibility and impact of AI solutions in real business contexts.
  • Define and document an AI adoption framework covering governance, data strategy, integration, and responsible AI practices.
  • Build production-ready AI use cases including intelligent document processing, RAG, and AI agents on SAP BTP.
  • Ensure enterprise-grade security, governance, and data privacy compliance for all AI-enabled solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering with at least 5 years of applied experience.
  • Hands-on AI/ML solution development experience deployed on SAP BTP or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Strong expertise within the SAP ecosystem, including S/4HANA and Business Technology Platform.
  • Proven capability with SAP Business AI services such as AI Core, Foundation, GenAI Hub, and Launchpad.
  • Experience in generative AI, Joule Studio, custom skills development, RAG techniques, and context engineering.
  • Solid foundation in Python, ML frameworks, MLOps practices, APIs, and secure system integration.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BTP including AI Foundation, OData, REST APIs, and SAP Integration Suite.
