What we're looking for

  • 10+ years experience in relational data model design and leadership.
  • Deep understanding of relational database principles and architecture.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across diverse audiences.
  • Experience using AI tools for data modeling and continuous improvement.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL and Salesforce SOQL, including performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with modern data stack technologies like Snowflake or Apache Iceberg.
  • Proven track record in fast-paced environments with short release cycles.
