Lead Security Architect

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end architecture for enterprise IAM solutions, including lifecycle management and integration capabilities.
• Define and maintain target-state architectures to drive automation, scalability, and operational efficiency in IAM.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards and patterns across IAM platforms and services.
• Design identity and security architectures aligned with business requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Guide the integration of IAM capabilities with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud services.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in architecture, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Deep expertise in designing IAM architectures with a focus on access provisioning and lifecycle management
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles including least privilege, segregation of duties, entitlement governance, and identity lifecycle controls
• Hands-on experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Active Directory, and HashiCorp Vault
• Proven ability to design large-scale automated access solutions across various environments (on-premises, cloud, hybrid)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence security, technology, risk, and business teams
• Strong problem-solving, systems thinking, and communication skills in both written and verbal formats
