Job Summary:
Join the Salesforce Solution team of Cat Digital to provide solution design and strategic leadership for multi-cloud salesforce initiatives. Be responsible for overseeing and mentoring junior team members and ensuring solution designs are scalable and aligned to platform standards.
What You Will Do:
- Acting as team leader for development groups; provides programming and application/technical leadership, guidance, and assistance to other team members
- Designing, modifying, developing, and implementing software programming applications for target system using agile methods.
- Acquiring client requirements; preparing solution designs, integration strategies, data models, and solution roadmaps.
- Writing source codes for new applications, and/or developing Proofs of Concept (POCs) to evaluate new architecture, tools, and Salesforce capabilities
- Design and govern integrations with other systems using APIs, middleware and ETL tools.
What You Will Have:
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Strong Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Effective Communications: Extensive Knowledge of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
- Software Product Design/Architecture: Extensive Experience of software product design with focus on scalability and maintainability; ability to convert market requirements into software product design.
- Software Product Technical Knowledge: Extensive Knowledge of technical aspects of Salesforce products and platform capabilities; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products.
- Software Integration Engineering: Extensive Knowledge of software integration processes and functions; ability to design, develop and maintain interfaces and linkage to alternative platforms and software packages.
Considerations for Top Candidates:
- Extensive salesforce development experience (typically 8+ years)

Experience in leading the designing and implementations of Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.

Proven experience in some of the following:
- Designing, developing, deploying and maintaining software at scale.
- Developing applications using Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
- Developing using Apex, LWC, Batch Apex and APIs.
- Application architectural patterns, such as MVC, Microservices, Event-driven, etc.
- Deploying using CI/CD tools such as Copado, Azure Devops or other Salesforce Devops tools.
- Working within an Agile framework (ideally Scrum)
- Strong understanding and/or experience in some of the following:
- Experience in data modeling and security architecture.
- Utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer data and real time insights.
- Design and integrate AI driven workflows and automation using Agentforce capabilities.
- Deploying and maintaining software using public clouds such as AWS or Azure.
- Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints
- Passion for technology and an eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field

This position will be based out of either our Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL or Irving, TX offices.

Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $208,770.00
