About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant (Product Analyst) within Consumer Technology to support the Customer and Account Servicing organization. In this role, you will partner closely with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to translate complex business and customer needs into clear, actionable features, requirements, and insights that enable high quality digital experiences.

*In this role, you will:*
- Analyze and interpret complex business requirements, system flows, APIs, and data to recommend effective technical and functional solutions
- Write features with clear acceptance criteria for scrum teams to decompose into user stories
- Support the full SDLC from discovery through production release
- Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and gaps early in discovery, and surface trade offs with recommendations
- Partner deeply across product, digital, technology, data, branch leadership, and enterprise functions to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery
- Contribute thought leadership to opportunities that improve banker workflows, customer engagement, and opportunities to leverage AI enabled capabilities
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
*Required Qualifications:*
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- 3+ years of experience converting business requirements into technical requirements for use by engineering partners
- 6+ months working with APIs and working in microservices based architectures
*Desired Qualifications:*
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering and business partners
- Track record of launching multiple high value products
- Proficient using Jira, Splunk, Postman, and other systematic logging tools
- Proficiency with APIs and experience working in microservices based architectures
- Experience participating in teams in an agile setting
- Knowledge and understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory considerations
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
