Lead Infrastructure Engineer, Risk Remediation

What you'll do

• Develops and automates processes to reduce manual effort in operational tasks.
• Supports risk compliance by gathering evidence, drafting control narratives, and validating artifacts.
• Builds documentation and maintains standards for governance routines and audit readiness.
• Enhances automation tools to streamline evidence collection and reporting processes.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and support project delivery.
• Applies scripting languages like Python to handle data and improve process reliability.
• Tracks remediation efforts and ensures changes are documented and traceable.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of applied experience in infrastructure engineering with formal training or certification.
• Deep knowledge of network technologies, data modeling, and scripting languages like Python.
• Working knowledge of internal controls, evidence expectations, and issue remediation workflows.
• Strong communication skills for working across multiple stakeholder groups effectively.
• Intermediate Python/scripting skills for automation and data handling in a governed environment.
• Interest and capability to develop AI-assisted ways of working with focus on accuracy and governance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and risk detection applications.
