What you'll do

  • Support DPS Network Edge, NPI & Digital projects by setting clear responsibilities and ensuring compliance.
  • Own project tracking and reporting framework, providing regular updates on timelines, risks, and product flow changes.
  • Establish robust governance for post-go-live validation and Hypercare to ensure operational stability and issue resolution.
  • Serve as a finance and compliance partner for global tax planning and commercial finance, implementing compliant intercompany billing models.
  • Contribute to DPS transformation programs focused on supply chain optimization, ensuring financial controls and risk considerations are integrated.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of supply chain finance or principal accounting experience in medical devices/pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong knowledge of J&J ERP systems and proficiency with Alteryx, Visio, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA accountant with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous process improvements and manage budgets.
  • Excellent leadership skills and capability to build effective relationships.
