  • Translate business strategy into precise and convincing engineering bets with executive partners like Product owners and Data Engineers.
  • Serve as the technical voice in decision-making, advocating for responsible AI principles and pushing back on unrealistic timelines.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years leading large-scale engineering teams.
  • Deep technical expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and modern backend engineering.
  • Proven track record of deploying production AI systems and understanding model deployment pipelines.
  • Experience in transforming engineering practices, including migrating monoliths to microservices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred with focus on quantitative fields.
