What you'll do

  • Define and evolve engineering standards for observability, reliability, system architecture, and operational readiness.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, site reliability engineering, platform engineering, or technical operations, including leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in distributed systems architecture, cloud platforms, observability practices, and operational excellence principles.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and complex dependencies.
  • Strong program management skills, including roadmap planning, prioritization, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Experience developing engineering governance, operating models, technical standards, and organizational best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and executives without direct authority.
