Lead Director - Production Services Operations - Digital Data Analytics & Technology

What you'll do

• Lead centralized Production Services and define ownership boundaries between central and distributed engineering teams.
• Oversee production operations to ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve operational issues and maintain system health.
• Establish and enforce operational governance and process improvement initiatives.
• Report analytics and performance metrics to leadership for clear visibility into trends and reliability.

What we're looking for

• Over 12 years of experience in production operations or large-scale technology operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to define and implement KPIs, OKRs, and operational dashboards with executive data analytics reporting experience.
• Strong background in operational governance, process engineering, and incident/problem management.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools; familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills suitable for a regulated, high-visibility environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
