What you'll do

Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation to ensure designs meet production requirements.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in design engineering with at least 4 years focused on DFM.
Deep expertise in a broad range of manufacturing processes, including composites and precision machining.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., NX, SolidWorks) and DFM analysis tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis methodologies.
Leadership experience, including mentoring teams and driving cross-functional projects.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
