What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor data engineers and modelers on the team.
  • Design and implement scalable data ingestion pipelines using Azure services.

  • Ensure data integrity and compliance through responsible stewardship practices.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience leading data engineers and implementing best practices.
  • Proficiency with Azure cloud services including Data Factory and Databricks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 and Medallion architectures for data modeling.
  • Development experience using Python or Scala, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration.
