  • Own portfolio of sales process areas, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop 12–18 month execution roadmaps translating strategic priorities into projects.
  • Analyze business problems to recommend scalable solutions balancing immediate needs.
  • Design high-quality process solutions serving as models for extensibility and efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis and sales systems.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives with complex technical and operational challenges.
  • Expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, including process design and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating ambiguous problems and recommending scalable solutions.
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled use cases in the sales tech ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and project leadership skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred; Advanced Administrator and Developer certifications beneficial.
